I've been pretty amazed at my average blood sugars (~105) since switching to a predominately raw foods diet (about 75% raw to cooked). Some friends of mine had forwarded me this link, so I thought it was a good topic for a post!
Note: I don't necessarily support strong concepts like "curing" or "reversing" - but I do believe that for some - these types of diet changes can essentially limit the expression of our genetic diabetic weaknesses.
